• David Barrow's South Plains Industrial Switching Layout will make an appearance at the Lone Star Regional Convention in Round Rock, Texas, June 6-10, 2007.  Scheduled sessions are designed to introduce folks to Model Railroad Operations.  There will be special Non-Rail operating sessions.  If you are in the area and want to find out why operations is so much fun, stop on by.



• I am putting together a Make-and-Take Trestle Building Clinic for the Lone Star Regional Convention in Round Rock, Texas, June 6-10, 2007.  It's a great chance to get a Black Bear Jig, some pre-cut and pre-stained materials, and sit down and build a trestle.



• We'll be at the National Narrow Gauge Convention in Durango, August 22-26, 2006. If there is something in particular you want me to bring, please let me know.
  
  I'll be giving the Modeling Timber Trestles Clinic at 11:00 am Tuesday (if you couldn't get onto the great train ride, come on by) and 8:00 am Saturday (the last day of the show).

  I am finally getting caught up on the PHOTOS page.  I just got Jon Addison's trestle on his Silverton Central Sn3 layout. and Tony Phillips Pudding Creek Trestle photos posted.  Also, I put all the photo pages in a "ring" so you can page through them.  I hope you enjoy the photos.

  We have made a major design improvement in the 4 Leg trestle jigs (D&RGW, RGS, and Alamogordo & Sacramento Mtns.) to make it much easier to build true frame trestle bents.  We have added an adjustable plate that can be used to align the legs for cutting.
  
  You can add this feature to any of the 4 leg jigs you might have purchased previously.  Or you can send us your old jig and for a modest fee, we will install the alignment plate on your jig.
  
  The price list has all the costs involved but the prices are not yet implemented in the shopping cart.  Call or send an e-mail with your order and I'll get back to you with the charges.
